Schedule

    Friday
  • 2:30 pm – Registration starts at the Adobe Resort (1555 N Highway 101) in the Cape Perpetua Room.
  • 3:30 pm – Gerdemann Garden tour. Assemble at the Adobe Resort for car-pooling.
  • 7:30 pm – Social in the Cape Perpetua Room.
    Saturday
  • 8:00 am – Registration resumes in the Yachats Commons, 441 N Highway 101. Field trips will leave from here. The Grass Mt. field trip leaves at 8:30, all other trips leave at 9:00 AM.
  • Banquet and Annual Meeting of the membership
    • 5:00 pm – Social hour starts with music by “Innominata”
    • 6:15 pm – Seating and general announcements
    • 6:30 pm – Dinner service (buffet)
    • 7:30 pm – Acknowledgments and introduction of NPSO Fellow Frank Callahan as people are finishing dessert.
    • 8:00 pm – Installation of officers and board members
    • 8:15 pm – Keynote speaker, Dr. Tom Kaye, Institute for Applied Ecology
    • 9:15 pm – Wrap-up and final announcements
    Sunday
  • 9:00 am – State Board Meeting in the Cape Perpetua Room
  • 9:30 am – Gerdemann Garden tour. Assemble at the Adobe Resort for car-pooling.
  • 9:30 am – Cape Perpetua/Devil’s Churn field trip. Assemble at the Adobe Resort for car-pooling.
  • 1:00 pm– Gerdemann Garden tour. Assemble at the Adobe Resort for car-pooling.
